The Mindful Men Project
The Mindful Men Project is an 8-week experiential group for men who have a longing to connect more authentically with who they are in order to deepen self-awareness, explore how they show up in their relationships, and engage their worlds with greater courage, emotional intelligence and compassion.
Greg Mutch from AG Collaborative and Bryan Nixon from Mindful Counseling GR have experienced the sort of impact that is possible first hand within the context of an intentional men’s group that they have been a part of together for the past 4 years. As they have talked about their experience with others it has become apparent that there is both a need and a longing for this type of experience for men. It is out of a sense of passion to help other men open themselves up to this type of transformation that Greg and Bryan have teamed up to create The Mindful Men Project.
